青年领导及其理论阐释

中国正处于深刻变革的时代，我们正经历着伟大的社会主义实践。在这样一个伟大的时代，我们的基本路线已经确定，现在的关键就是干部问题，而未来的关键则在于青年干部是否能够完成社会主义事业，实现中华民族的伟大复兴。对青年领导的内涵、特质、历史地位以及“青年领导者-追随者-情境的互动”进行阐释，为厘清新兴学科——青年领导学中“青年领导”概念提供重要借鉴。

Youth Leadership and Its Theoretical Interpretation

China is undergoing profound changes and experiencing the great practice of socialism. In such a great time, our basic line has been determined. Now the key problem is about the cadres. The key to the future lies in whether the young cadres is able to complete the socialist cause, to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese na- tion.
