| 摘 要： | 知识经济是科技发展与应用及劳动者文化素质提高到一定阶段出现的经济发展的新飞跃，是人类经济发展的一种新型模式，它具有“基础”知识化，产业软性化，经济柔性化，发展创意化，竞争隐形化，就业学历化的特征。而研究生教育集知识创造，传播和应用于一体，担负着社会培养高层次人才的任务，它是知识经济的支柱，是知识经济的重要推动力量，面向知识经济时代，为适应知识经济的需要，我们应主动调整研究生培养方案。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy is a new leap in economy development which comes with the stage of the application and development of technologies and the enhancing of labourers' cultural quality It has the characteristics of information foundation, software industry, flexible economy, originality of development, cryptic competition and academic credentials for emplyment The postgraduate education is the backbone and main impetus of knowledge economy, which consists of creation, transmission and application of knowledge and has the mission of cultivating personnel of high level So we should adjust the postgraduate cultivating project in the era of knowledge economy |
