| 摘 要： | 长期以来，高职院校的教师以及学校领导者对应用型人才的认识仅仅停留在技术的应用上，注重专业技能的训练，忽视了人文素质的培养。高等职业技术教育领域在扩大办学规模、加强技能教育的同时，必须加强其人文环境建设。良好的校园人文环境，是高职专业性人才全面发展的前提。强调人性的提升、人的全面发展以及物质、管理、文化等层面的体现，是高职教育人文环境的基本内涵，高职教育人文环境重在建设。

| Abstract: | While the field of higher vocation technique education broadens the scale of running a school strengthens skill education, its humanity environment construction must be strengthened. The good campus humanity environment is the prerequisite that professional talented persons of higher vocation developed completely. Emphasizing advancing of humanity complete development of man and such plane embodiment as substance administration culture etc.is the fundamental connotation of humanity environment of higher vocational education, humanity environment of higher vocational education should lay stress on construction. |
