农村学校课改管理的专业性缺失与管理者成为研究者

摘    要:农村基础教育中普遍存在的泡沫管理现象和课程改革的城市化、学科化、校本化等危险倾向,反映出农村教育管理存在专业性缺失。农村基础教育课程改革需要管理者成为研究者,从而使行政化的课程管理深化为专业化的课程领导。农村基础教育课程改革管理者的研究领域包括:课程改革政策和理论的本土性解读;农村教育资源与需求的调查研究;校本管理的建构与反思;校本课程开发的规划与引领;农村特色的基础教育课程改革蓝图的描绘与修正。农村特色的基础教育课程改革需要“农村课改专家”指导。

Abstract:The dangerous tendency towards the bubble management and the curricu lum reform becoming urbanized, too much discipline and school-based reveals the absence of specialty in the rural elementary education. The managers of curricu lum reform should become the researchers, thus making the administrative curricu lum management become the professional curriculum leaders. Their researching fie lds include the local interpretation of curriculum reform strategies and theorie s, the investigation and study of rural educational resources and demand,constru ction and reflection of school-based management, planning and guidance of schoo l-based curriculum development, drawing and correcting the picture of elementar y educational curriculum reform of rural characteristics which require the guida nce of rural curriculum reform experts.
