自主学习——教师继续教育的有效途径

摘    要:教师继续教育学习从本质上来说就是教师的自主学习,以不断超越自身经验为基础,以创造性地解决问题为目标,改变被动接受知识的状态,成为积极的学习者,成为个体知识的主动建构者,变那种被动“要我学”为主动的“我要学”。自主学习是成人教师学习的有效方式,本文从以下四个方面:自我意识,激发需要;自我学习,掌握理论;自我实践,获取经验;自我反思,提升素养等来阐述自主学习的四个层次,以提高教师继续教育学习的有效性。

Abstract:Teachers' continuing education is essentially teachers' autonomous learning, with surpassing themselves as the basis, with creative solution to problems as the goal, changing the passive way of accepting knowledge, turning into active learners and constructors of individual knowledge, turning the "wanting me to learn" into "I want to learn". Autonomous learning is an effective means of learning. To improve efficiency of teachers' continuing education, this paper illustrates four levels of autonomous learning: improving self consciousness and inspiring demand; learning autonomously to master theories; practicing to gain experiences; and reflecting to improve qualities.
