| 摘 要： | 如何加强高校食堂的稳定,成了一个永久性的课题。本文在分析影响高校学生食堂稳定因素的基础上,提出了解决维持高校学生食堂稳定的六大机制:建立食堂维稳责任制、形成竞争制约机制、完善食品卫生监督机制、实行价格平衡控制机制、构建多途径的沟通机制和落实部门联动的应急机制。

| Abstract: | How to strengthen the stability of canteens for college students has always been a topic. Based on the analysis on influencing factors of maintaining the stability of canteens for college students, the paper proposes six mechanisms,which include establishing responsibility system of maintaining the stability of canteens,forming competition and restriction mechanism,perfecting food hygienic control and supervision mechanism,carrying out mechanism of price equilibrium and control,constructing communication mechanism in many ways and implementing emergency treatment mechanism of the linkage of relevant sections. |
