| 摘 要： | 弗洛姆在其代表作《爱的艺术》一书中提出了理想的家庭教育理念。父亲和母亲在家庭教育中扮演着不同的角色，在促进孩子成长的过程中，这两种角色对孩子个性的形成、智力的发展、个体的社会化都发生着不可替代的作用。我国当前家庭教育领域出现了父母角色缺位、越位、错位的极端现象，严重阻碍了家庭教育的成效。从父母在家庭教育中扮演的角色出发，借鉴于弗洛姆理想的家庭教育理念，改善家庭教育可从如下几方面着手：第一，明确父母角色，实现优势互补；第二，父母双方要把握好爱的尺度；第三，完善父母人格，更好地担当教育之责。
