海峡西岸区域创新体系建设研究——以厦门市创意产业经济为例

十七大关于建设海西的文件中提出要增强自主创新能力,加强海峡西岸区域创新体系建设。厦门作为海峡西岸的经济特区,在区域创新体系建设应该发挥先行作用。创意产业的发展正为厦门的经济发展提供了新的契机。文章以厦门创意产业经济为例,对厦门创意产业经济的必要性和可行性进行分析,并且阐述了目前厦门创意产业经济遭遇的瓶颈,而后针对现状和问题提出具有针对性的对策,试图从厦门的经验出发,为海峡西岸区域创新体系建设提供一定的参考。

Study on the Regional Creative System Construction in the West of Straits

Papers on the construction of the west of straits suggest enhancing self-creative ability,and enforcing the regional creative system construction in the west of straits.Xiamen,as the economic special zone in the west of straits,should play an advanced role in the regional creative system construction.The development of creativity industry provides Xiamen with new opportunities in its economic development.Taking the economy of Xiamen creativity industry as an example,this paper analyzes its necessity and feasibility,expounds the present trouble suffered,and then puts forward some relevant measures to the status and problems,based on the Xiamen＇s experience,and suggesting some reference for the regional creative system construction in the west of straits.
