无水溶胶凝胶法制备LiFe_(1-x)Co_xPO_4/C正极材料及其性能研究

摘    要:在无水溶胶凝胶法基础上,以Fe3+盐为铁源,添加聚乙二醇-400作为表面活性剂,制备了掺杂钴的LiFePO4/C正极材料(LiFe1-xCoxPO4/C,x=0,0.05,0.1)。并通过XRD、SEM、恒流充放电等方法研究了不同钴掺杂量对LiFePO4/C结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。

Abstract:LiFe1-xCoxPO4/C(x=0,0.05,0.1),cathode material was synthesized for Li-ion batteries by sol-gel method with Fe(III) salt as Fe source and with PEG-400 as assistant.The effect of different amount of Co on the crystal structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the samples were studied by XRD,SEM and galvanostatic charge-discharge methods.The characterization of to structure and performance of LiFePO4/C.
