| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力的转移是关系到我国社会发展的重要问题,有利于解决农村人口富余问题,提高农村劳动生产率,并为城市建设提供必要的劳动力,推动城市化进程。当前,受制于诸多因素的影响,这种转移虽然取得了一定成效,但还存在很多问题。要真正实现有效转移,必须加快我国社会改革,同时,大力发展农村职业技术教育,发挥职业技术教育在农村发展中的巨大作用。

| Abstract: | The migrant of surplus labor force in Agriculture industry relates closely to the economic developing.It is propitious to solve intensive population problem,improve production,offer labour force for urban construction.Be enslaved to some factors,there are lots of things to be done for effective transfer.To expedite social transformation,enhance rurle occupational education to train skilled workers. |
