| 摘 要： | 人力资本管理已成为现代企业管理的核心工作。从人力资本管理在我国企业中的重要作用出发 ,从企业的治理结构、企业文化、人力投资和信息系统等四个方面对企业建设进行分析 ,以使我国企业符合国际化标准 ,得以健康的发展。
