高校素质教育的若干思考

高校素质教育与中小学素质教育相比较其特点在于：加强人文教育的“通才”教育，注重创新精神和创新能力的培养，思想品德教育以及心理素质教育等方面。素质教育不能仅避限于开设几门素质教育方面的课程，而在寓素质教育于专业教育之中，注重师德师风和校园文化的建设，对于大学生，我们不一定要处处去教他们，而是引导他们去品和体会，在潜移默化中增强素质。至于创新教育，关键不是如何重视，而是创造出一个适应创新的体制和环境。

Thoughts on the Quality Education in Universities

Compared with the primary and secondary schools,the characteristic features of quatity education in universities are to strengthen cultivation of humanism and all-round talents,and lay emphasis on the education of morality and psycholigy quulity.The quality eaucation shonldnot be limited only by several subjects relevant,its spirit can be grasped in teaching activities of major subjects.University students should be advocated to feel and taste all by themselves, in stead of teacher's babysit.It's not only important to pay attention to quality education,but also to setting up the system and environ ment for the creativity.
