摘    要:古代书院在培养人才、化育人生等方面取得了重大成就.这与古代书院在优化的物质文化环境、健全的学校规章制度、融洽的师生关系、良好的教师形象、健康的校风、学风、教风等隐性课程体系建构上积累的丰富经验是分不开的,我们要继承和借鉴这些宝贵的课程财富.
