| 摘 要： | 在岩溶山区,由于农村富余劳动力文化素质低、劳动技能差、回流率高,富余劳动力大多以一般流动为主,实现有效转移的较少。结合岩溶山区的实际,利用新经济地理学的相关理论,提出了提高岩溶山区农村富余劳动力转移的有效率,降低外出劳动力的回流率等相关措施,从而为农村富余劳动力实现有效转移提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The surplus labour force in karst areas is hard to find job because of their poor knowledge and lack of work skills.They usually float between city and country without a permanent job.In order to increase their income and improve effective transformation,we must increas their knowledge,readjust rural industry structure and control the proportion of births to the population. |
