我国大学生体育社团的组织与活动建设

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法,分析现阶段我国高校体育社团的组织结构特征、管理结构特征、活动特征及影响因素。提出我国大学生体育社团组织与活动建设方案,即积极转变观念、优化组织结构和管理方式,给予政策扶持;利用体育场地设施优势,根据学生实际需求,定位社团的发展取向。

Construction of Organization and Activities of University Students' Sports Social Groups in 0Ilr Country

The methods of literature,questionnaire and onthe-spot interview were applied to analyzing the present characteristics of organizational structure,management structure and activities of sports social groups in China's institutions of higher learning and influential factors.It put forward the plan for constructing the organization and activities of university students' social groups of our country,i.e.enthusiastically changing concept,organizational structure and management form and giving policy support;utilizing the superiority of sports playgrounds and other facilities and establishing the direction of social group development according to students' real requirements.
