| Abstract: | In the countries of continental legal system, the theory of anticipated possibility is of importance for the establishment of crimes, and becomes a general doctrine in criminal law theory. However, there is no correspondent concept in our native criminal law theory. Regarding whether introducing the theory of anticipated possibility there have different opinions in academic world .The author discusses it through recommending and analysizing the origin and the position of the theory of anticipated possibility. |
