| 摘 要： | 政府干预经济的职能为基本职能和直接职能。直接职能是指政府矫正或弥补“市场失灵”的职能。人的自由选择是生产力发展的根本 ,政府是制度的最大供给者 ,因此 ,政府的基本职能是供给以保证人的自由选择为目标的制度。当前 ,中国更应该强调政府供给有效的法律制度、产权制度和市场经济制度的基本职能

| Abstract: | The function of government intervention of economy can be classified into basic one and direct one. The direct function is that of government correcting the market failing. People's free choice is the base of the development of the productivity, and government is the biggest institution supplier, therefore, government basic function is to supply the institutions which cater for ensuring people's free choice. Currently, China should emphasize on the basic function of the valid law institution, the property right institution and the market economy institution which the government supplies. |
