技术转移在很多情况下是大学、科研院所等知识生产组织与企业等经济生产组织之间在系统界面上发生交互作用的一个极其复杂的演化过程。详细阐述了界面的概念,指出技术转移的界面具有渗透性、多样性、演化性的特征。组织间的信息不对称,不同质的主体间的差异性,是引起组织间技术转移界面障碍的主要原因。通过改变界面特性或者通过界面移动的途径,可以降低甚至消除转移障碍,实现技术转移中对界面的跨越。

The Analysis on the Interface of Technology Transfer between Organizations

Usually technology transfer is a most complex process of evolvement on the interface between the knowledge-produced system such as university and scientific research academy and the economy-produced system such as enterprise. The paper sets forth the concepts of interface at large and indicates that the interface of technology transfer has the characteristics of illegibility diversity and evolution. The information asymmetry between organizations and the otherness between inhomogeneous subjects are the main reasons to arise interface obstacles of technology transfer between organizations. Changing the characteristics of interface or interface moving was able to reduce or eliminate indeed the obstacles of technology transfer spanning the interface of technology transfer.
