合作性学习(模式)在组织行为学教学中的应用

摘    要:构造合作学习情景,给学生营造一个相互依赖、相互关心、相互学习的学习环境,使学生在学习知识的同时也学习社交技巧和团队工作技巧,对提高学生解决问题和自主学习的能力起重要作用。本文阐述了合作性学习在《组织行为学》课程教学中的应用,并提出进一步完善这一教学模式的建议。

Abstract:An effective approach to study knowledge and learn skills on social activities and team working is to create cooperative learning situation for students in which all the participants have interdependence, care for each other and study mutually, which plays a leading role in improving their abilities of solving problems and autonomous learning. This article states the usage of cooperative learning in the teaching of organizational behavior teaching. In addition, some suggestions for further reform have been proposed.
