摘    要:根据分工的差异性特征形成个性化人才培养理念,根据市场细分和比较优势,我们把我系经管类专业人才培养定位在分析执行型上,这是面对社会需求和自身条件双重约束时做出的合理选择。

Abstract:The concept of training is formed on basis of the characteristics in differences in division of labor. Following the minute market division and comparative priority, the positioning of the training of management and economics personnel of the department is decided on analytical-executive type, which is a reasonable alternative in view of the double binding effect of social demands and the actual situation of the department.
