| 摘 要： | 《百家公案》作为我国小说史上的第一部公案小说集,对其他明公案小说集具有重要影响。在题材上,该书有大量的故事直接被其他明公案小说集吸收;在文体方面,《百家公案》初步奠定了明公案小说文体的基础,并启发了传记体和书判体公案小说的成立。

| Abstract: | Anthology of Detective Stories,the first collection of detective stories,had important influences on other collections of detective stories in Ming dynasty.Many story themes of this anthology were adopted by other story collections.In the aspect of literary style,the anthology laid the foundation of the style of detective stories in Ming dynasty,and inspired the biographic style and judicatory style to emerge. |
