高职院校与区域经济社会发展的适应机制分析

地方高职院校理应适应区域经济社会发展,但因没有相应的适应监督机制,加上大部分高职院校生存压力巨大和缺少适应的现实条件支撑,专业适应区域的建设效果不佳,本地生源和就业率不高,适应状况不容乐观。高职院校要避免同质化发展和适应区域的特色发展,迫切需要政府、院校、行业、企业多方联合,通过制定适应评估指标、组建评估监督组织、实施定期评估、落实评估整改等措施,建立健全高职院校与区域经济社会发展的适应机制。

Analysis of the Adaptation Mechanism of higher Vocational Colleges and Regional Economic and Social Development

Higher vocational colleges should adapt to regional economic and social development, but due to the lack of corresponding supervision mechanism and realistic conditions to provide support, plus most colleges＇ great pressure to survive, majors can＇t adapt well to regional construction, the number of local students is not big, and graduates＇ employment rate is not high. Thus, the adjustment is not well- developed. Higher vocational colleges should avoid homogenization and try to adapt themselves to regional characteristic development. It is of urgent need for the government, universities, industry and enterprises to make joint efforts to establish and improve the mechanism to adapt higher vocational colleges to regional economic and social development through the establishment of evaluation index and supervision organization, implementation of regular assessment and the rectification measures.
