| 摘 要： | 对泰国华侨报德善堂的历史发展阶段进行梳理,归纳了其五个主要功能：扩大宗教慈善文化的社会影响;积极融入泰国社会;凝聚族群社会和扩大社会网络;畅新社会改革,追求先进;与＂文化原乡＂中国,保持良好关系,推动中泰一家亲。同时从报德堂的案例,提出中国慈善组织发展的四个建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper I analyze the historical development stage of Poh Teck Tung Foundation in Thailand, summarize main five functions： expanding the social influence of religious charitable culture; actively integrating into Thai society; strengthening the ethnic community and enlarging the social net; promoting the social reformation and seeking the ad- vanced; keeping a good relationship with China as ＂a cultural hometown＂. And, from the case of Poh Teck Tung Foundation, I put forward four proposals for the development of Chinese charitable organizations. |
