| 摘 要： | 由于信息革命的推动和产业结构的变迁而导致劳动力在不同职业间流动,20世纪70年代以来,发达国家工人阶级就业的职业构成经历了一个"白领化"的历程.这一白领化的实质是白领雇员的"无产阶级化",这表现在白领工人在技能水平、工资待遇和失业状况等方面,日益与蓝领工人趋同.

| Abstract: | The force of information revolution and the changing industrial structures have led to mobility of workers across occupational boundaries.Since the 1970s the employment structure of the working class in developed countries has experienced a white-collar tendency.The essence of this tendency is proletarian tendency of white-collar employees,which is shown in the fact that white-collar workers and blue-collar workers tend to converge in terms of their level of skills,salaries and unemployment. |
