| Abstract: | Reflective practice is a vital parts of teaching process.The essay mainly states the theory of reflection,its functions,characteristics,and teachers' reflective practice.After obtaining data from the questionnaire collected from 30 college English teachers' reflective practice,the writer analyzes the data and concludes that: reflection is a useful and necessary tool for successful teaching performance and the development of teachers. |
