| 摘 要： | 主要由于社会劳动力供需矛盾和自身素质限制，征地后农转非人员就业问题突出，影响了城市化的正常进行．需要通过发展劳动密集型经济、就业培训和政府制定有关措施加以解决。

| Abstract: | Because of land requisition, employment of immigrants from rural to non-rural area has become the main issue, which results mostly from conflict between supply and demand for labor force, and limitation of their quality. It has held up the normal urbanization through developing labor-intensive economy and pre-job training, government's adopting relevant measures. |
