| 摘 要： | 21世纪，教育特别是高等教育在人类和社会发展中将发挥越来越重要的作用。21世纪教育发展的趋势及这种趋势给教师角色带来了变化，即教师权威由外在权威变为内在权威，具有了促进者、管理者、咨询者、开发者、学习者和设计者等新的角色。
