| 摘 要： | 综观科学发展的历史和现状，我们会发现，科学研究工作总是与大大小小、形形色色的问题紧密地联系在一起。这就自然会引起我们如下的思考：问题在科学研究中起着什么样的作用。它应当占有什么样的地位，一般规律性的东西是什么等。本就这些问题进行了探讨。
