中小学校长教育技术领导力与学校信息化发展的互动关系研究

校长教育技术领导力成为影响学校教育信息化发展乃至学校发展的重要因素。在分析基础教育信息化进程中校长教育技术领导力的基本内涵的基础上,采用互动分析数据描述校长教育技术领导力与学校信息化建设两者之间的关联,发现校长的教育技术领导力为学校信息化建设提供了巨大的内在动力,是学校发展信息化建设的核心因素,同时学校信息化建设的发展也会带动校长领导力的进一步提高,两者呈现一种良性的互动关系。该研究将为基础教育信息化建设提供一种具体思路,为校长信息化专业发展提供一种指向。

Research on Interaction Relation Between Educational Technology Leadership of Principal and e-Development of School in Basic e-Education Context

Education technology leadership of principals is one of vital factors impacting on e-development and development of school.Analyzing the meaning of education technology of principals in the process of e-education,with interaction relation data,this study describes the relevancy between educational technology leadership of principal and e-development of school in basic e-education Context.The results show that education technology leadership of principals supports the e-development of school with great inherence drive,and become the core relation in e-development,and at the same time e-development also promotes the education technology leadership of principals,which is a harmonious relation.This study can provide a particular and empirical evidence for the basic e-education,at the same time a direction for principals development.
