| Abstract: | The research advances on organic light-emitting devices(OLED) are reviewed. The characteristic of the kinds of material used in OLE have been evaluated.The principle of electroluminescence is analysed and the structure of OLED are demonstrated. The existing problems and future trends are also stated. |
