| 摘 要： | 本文通过小鼠衰竭运动后，取其肝脏，用组织学、生物化学方法，研究了小鼠衰竭运动后在形态和功能方面的改变。结果提示７次衰竭运动的自由基代谢失衡，ＡＬＴ升高以及肝细胞形态学的改变对肝损伤的发生发展起重要作用。

| Abstract: | This experiment is to study the changes of mice's liver in formation and function with the histochemical method after exhausted exercise and to provide the evidence for discussing the reasons of injury caused by exercise.The results showed that the metabolic disorder of free radical,ALT increase and the morphological change play an important role in occurrence and development of the liver injury. |
