| 摘 要： | 为了应对21世纪教师专业化的挑战,顺应欧洲教育一体化的潮流,并推动本国教师职前培训制度改革,法国教育部于2007年出台了新的中小学教师专业能力标准,从知识、技能和态度三个维度界定了教师必备的10项专业能力。与旧标准相比,新标准的体系更加清晰、系统,新增了改革创新能力,突出强调了信息和通讯技术以及协作能力对教师职业的重要性,并统一了对小学和中学教师专业能力的要求。
