| 摘 要： | 文章分析了网络犯罪的犯罪构成要件和特点及其表现形式，介绍了当前网络犯罪的现状，对刑法中关于网络犯罪的规定提出了一些看法和完善意见，并针对如何打击和防范网络犯罪问题提出了建议。
