| 摘 要： | 采用比色法测定了用四种不同极性的溶剂提取的苦荆茶(Ilex．sp)中多酚类物质的含量，发现四种溶剂提取多酚类物质的得率高低依次是：丙酮水(10．10％)＞水(9．39％)＞60％乙醇(9．17％)＞95％乙醇(6．84％)；揭示了苦荆茶中多酚类物质与普通绿茶中茶多酚有相似的特性，易溶于丙酮水中。同时，也阐明了苦荆茶可能具有抗氧化，抗衰老和延年益寿的功效。 |

| Abstract: | We determine, by means of colorimetry, the content of polyphen o l substances in Kujingcha(Ilex. sp) distilled from four different polar-s olvents,and find out that the obtaining rates of polyphenol substances distille d from the four solvents are successively as follows: aqueous acetone(10.10%)> water(9.39%)>ethanol(60%)(9.17%)>ethanol(95%)(6.84%). This result reveals t he property of polyphenol substances in Kujingcha and ordinary green tea that is easily soluble in acetone liquid. Meanwhile,we illustrate the likely efficacy of anti-oxidation,anti-caducity and longevity of Kujingcha. |
