| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪以来，电子商务的应用迅速渗透到企业的物流、生产、财务和客户关系等诸方面，成为一种新的企业经营方式。但电子商务的发展还存在不少问题。长远来看，发展电子商务一是需要推动和组织，二是需要创造更好的应用环境和软件环境。
