| Abstract: | Based on the behavioral decision theory of Kahneman,six non-rational activities of peer reviewers are studied: framing effect,loss aversion,excess assuredness,anchoring effect,diluting effect and validating like.Finally,some suggestions are given to get over these non-rational activities. |
