| 摘 要： | 公共领域和私人领域的划分是处理国家和公民关系的核心问题之一。公共领域和私人领域明确界分并相辅相成，任何一方无限扩张或式微都会影响到另一方的存在和发展，在政治实践中应追求二者的良性互动、和谐发展。研究公共领域和私人领域的关系对于当代中国具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Division of the public and private spheres is one of the core issues of dealing with the relations between the state and citizens. The public and private spheres are distinguished clearly and they are complementary. Unlimited expansion or the decline of any party will affect the existence and development of the other one. In the pursuit of political practice there should be a benign interaction, and to keep a harmonious development. On the relations of the public and private spheres of contemporary China are of great significance. |
