| 摘 要： | 高校既是国家科研的重要基地,又是培养国家专业技术人才的摇篮.高校档案记录了高校管理、教学、科研和发展的历史,是高校师生员工集体智慧的结晶,是认识和把握高校发展客观规律的重要依据,是高校的宝贵财富.时代在前进,社会在发展,人类社会开始在知识经济的基础上运行发展.知识经济时代最大的挑战就是创新能力.高校档案工作如何与知识经济社会与时俱进、在创新中求得发展,以适应高校改革和发展的需要;如何合理地丰富、开发和利用档案资源,为全校师生员工和社会公众服务已成为档案工作者必须研究的课题.

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are not only important national bases of scientific research,but also cradles to cultivate professional technical experts.The archives of colleges and universities record the history about management,teaching,research and development.The archives are the collective intelligence production of all the members,the important evidence of recognizing and grasping the objective rules of college and university development and especially the precious wealth of colleges and universities. |
