| 摘 要： | 分析了组织模式在动态联盟知识创造中的动力作用;探讨了动态联盟知识创造的组织学习机制--它是动态联盟组织模式对知识创造的微观作用机制;最后综合构建了动态联盟知识创造模型,从组织视角深入分析和阐述了企业动态联盟知识创造的内在机制与过程.

| Abstract: | Firstly we analyze the dynamic action of organizational model in the knowledge creation of dynamic alliance,then discusses organizational learning mechanism in this process,it is the micro-mechanism that the organizational model does to the knowledge creation,finally structure dynamic alliance's knowledge creation model,to analyze and elaborate dynamic alliance's knowledge creation mechanism and process in detail from organizational perspective. |
