摘    要:以人为本的管理理念是我国管理实践中的重要构成,人在管理中处于核心地位。本文将对人的管理放在企业管理的首位,强调了解和满足人的需要,注重工作中的人际关系沟通和交互作用,着眼于企业人的集体意识的培育和对企业及团队重大决策的参与及对企业人进行激励的作用。

Abstract:The management idea with human as the center is an important part in the management practice in our country, in which human is placed in the core position of management. This essay puts the management of human in the first place of business administration, emphasizes the awareness and satisfaction of human needs, notes the negotiation and interaction of human relationship in work, and has such things in mind as the formation of the collective sense of the staff of an enterprise, the participation in important decision making of the enterprise and the team, and the function of stimulating the staff of the enterprise.
