| 摘 要： | 本文主要通过比较国内外3种典型的互动问答服务来对新一代的网络信息服务进行介绍,从专家计划、搜索功能、问题组织、产品整合4方面进行全面的比较与剖析,评价该类服务的优势和目前存在的问题,最后给出相应的发展策略和建议.

| Abstract: | A new generation of Web information service is introduced by comparing 3 typical types of interactive question-and-answer services at home and abroad in terms of expert planning, retrieval function, question organization and product integration. The advantages of these services and the problems now existing are evaluated. Finally, corresponding strategies for their development are given. |
