| 摘 要： | 把产品生命周期理论和任务的两个维度结合起来,分析了竞争性、合作性薪酬结构对任务速度和准确度两个维度的影响,在此基础上提出了基于任务不同纬度,产品生命周期不同阶段企业创新团队的薪酬结构选择策略。
