摘    要:探计企业自主创新能力的培育机制存在诸多的研究视角,本文在理论分析的基础上,提出了一个基于治理机制和组织学习的综合模式.治理机制有助于解决企业不同利益相关者之间的权力配置问题,降低交易成本和代理成本,为培育创新能力构造良好的环境;学习机制的建立将有助于降低学习成本,促进知识的创造和转移,进而形成核心技术.在自主能力培育过程中,治理机--制与组织学习有机组合将有助于改进创新绩效.
