发挥思想政治工作在提高教职工幸福指数中的重要作用

幸福指数是人们幸福感的度量值。具体而言，是反映一般人或特定的社会群体在特定时期主观生活质量变化程度的核心指标，关注广大教职工幸福指数是科学发展观的充分体现。在提高教职工“幸福指数”过程中，应着重从教育引导、疏导协调、心理调控、激励等四个方面发挥高校思想政治工作的作用。

On the Important Role of Ideological and Political Work in the Improvement of Educational Staff's Happiness Index

Happiness index is the measurement of people＇ s feeling for happiness. It is the core factor to reflect the quality change of subjective life of regular people or specific society in a specific period. It is derived from the scientific concept of development to regard the happiness index of educational staff. Four aspects of education have been discussed on how to make use of ideological and political work in colleges for enhancing the happiness index of educational staff, including inductiun, leading and coordination, adjusting and control of psychology, and inspiration.
