新时期加快我国乡镇企业发展的战略思考

加入世贸组织后，乡镇企业获得了与国有企业、三资企业公平竞争的外部环境。为其加快发展创造了有利条件。但由于我国关税税率的大幅度降低，外国产品大量涌入，对我国乡镇企业的市场发展形成了巨大冲击。在新形势下，乡镇企业只有按照世贸规则和国际惯例，大力调整产业结构，提高产品的科技含量，不断增强竞争能力，才能在未来的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

Strategies of Quickening China's Village-Town Enterprises Development

After China's entry's into WTO,village-town enterprises get equal comparative environment with state-own enterprises and three parties owned enterprises,which is very good opportunity for their rapid development.However,owing to the great decrease of China's customs tax rate,and large-scale importation of foreign goods,Chinese village-town factories are facing great challenge.Under the new situation,only if those enterprises follow the rules of WTO and international rules,adjusting their productive structure and improving technological level for the goods,can they stand longer and get success.
