| 摘 要： | 民族精神是一个民族赖以生存和发展的精神支撑，是一个民族长期形成的带有本民族特点。体现本民族精神风貌的意志和品格。民族精神是随着时代的发展而发展的，是与时俱进的。发展中国特色社会主义先进化，建设社会主义精神明，归根到底就是要弘扬和培育民族精神。
