| 摘 要： | 新《高中数学课程标准》的制订对高中数学教师素质提出了更高的要求．如何有效地提高高中数学教师的素质就显得尤为重要．数学教师的教育可分为系统培训和自我完善2方面．在高中数学教师培训方面应注意：应加强师资培训；详细制定培训的课程计划；培训单位应从校内外选聘学科教育专家授课；改革高中数学教师培训的考核方法；开设计算机辅助教学课程；开设《高中数学课程标准》课程，实施新教材培训。

| Abstract: | Having investigated the qualities of 126 high school mathematics teachers in Wuhan by questionnaires, the consequence showed that great gaps existed between the current situation and the new Standards on Mathematics of High School. Suggestions were made to improve the basic qualities of mathematics teachers in high school. |
