| 摘 要： | 文章指出公共图书馆作为民主进程中的指示灯,可以反映出一个国家民主程度,结合我国图书馆服务现状,探讨了我国民主发展现状;着重阐述了公共图书馆在促进民主进程中的三大作用,并号召中国图书馆界为营造“学习型社会”做出应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | The article points out that the public library as the indicator in the democratic progress can reflect a national democratic level. By combining with the present condition of library service in our country,discusses the current situation of democratic development and emphasizes to elaborate three functions of the public library to promote the dempocratic progress, and calls for the Chinese libary world should make contribution to the learning type society. |
