企业环境形象的功能及其创设

摘    要:企业环境形象是指企业的物质环境和精神环境在社会中留下的印象,以及所受到的评价和认同。它主要包含以下五个方面的内容:工作环境,生活环境,教育环境,人文环境和企业外貌。企业环境形象是企业形象的重要组成部分,在企业与组织的发展中起着重要作用。良好的企业环境形象能够左右企业职工的精神状态,指导他们的生产经营行为,激励职工开拓创新,勇攀高峰。同时,独特而优美的环境形象,能够树立良好的公众形象,给公众以信任感,从而提升企业在公众中的地位。因此,塑造良好的环境形象是企业形象建设的一项重要内容。

Abstract:Corporation environment image refers to the impression on public resulting from its material surroundings and immaterial circumstance,and the appraisement and identification from the public.It includes 5 main aspects: working surroundings,living conditions,educational circumstances,humanistic environments and corporation outlooks.Corporation environment identity is an important part of corporation identity and plays a great role in the development of corporation and organization.Fine environment image can influence staff's mental outlook,steer their working performance,inspire them exploit and innovate.And at the same time,identical and comfortable environment image can build up favorable public visualization and increase their trust on the corporation and thus step up corporation's status in public.Therefore,building up better environment image is an important task in corporation image construction.
