| 摘 要： | 诸多对优质教育的诉求离不开学校教育科研的支撑和推进。本研究通过对学校科研机构的组织设施、人员队伍、科研制度、课题研究、科研经费和运行机制等现状调查,分析了学校教育科研工作的成效和问题,并在此基础上对学校教育科研提出对策和前瞻。
